I want people to know that I care about their well being and I believe in fitness.
I believe in how it makes me a better person, and how it helps me to explore my strengths. I have learnt lessons through fitness challenges, that relate to life. Taking time out for fitness may seem selfish, but it takes discipline and motivation, clears your head space, and it helps you find answers and clarity.
I believe to live life fully; we need to stay in touch with our mind, body and spirit.
The average age of a Canadian Citizen is 80, and what you do today creates your tomorrow. To live this life to the fullest, you have to be willing to do the work.
