Happenings for the Week of Jan 27-31, 2014

Happenings at Shell's Fitness this past week:

 - new client my sister Linda Lindsay showed dedication coming gym twice a week, doing walking exercise program in Arborfield and curling. Keep up great work!

 - Kristen Weins has been amazing she has been coming to the gym 5 days a week, getting past any obstacles that come her way, and seeing great results, she will reach her goal in no time!

 - Cam Mc...Rae is an impressive young man who has set goals and is working towards them, I am very honoured to work with him.

 - Karen Gray quit smoking and has quit for over 3 months and has lost weight instead of gaining weight and has been dedicated to fitness instead, big congrats to her.

 - DonnaLee Flowerday, my partner in fitness, came out and we did an H.I.T. program together, she is such a great example of positive living!

 Coming up next week:

 - time to look at runs and to enter and register as some fill up fast and make a run plan!
