Out Story…

“A seashell can be a reminder of the waters from which it was collected. Water represents washing away, cleansing and purifying that which no longer serves us and reminds us to Flow through life’s challenges with grace and ease.”

Shell’s Fitness & Soul Center was created for connection. Connection with community and connection with self - mind, body, spirit.

When we think about our wellbeing, we tend to put each aspect of our self into separate boxes. We have our body, we have our mind and we have our spirit. At Shell’s Fitness & Soul Center, we understand the relationship between all three, and that one can not exist in its fullest state, without the others existing in theirs.

Our mission is to guide you on your journey, as you create and strengthen your connections; mind, body and spirit.

Meet Shelley.

Her resume is impressive: Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Instructor, Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Children and Youth Yoga Teacher, Certified Advanced Meditation Teacher, Certified Life Coach… The list goes on and happens to including a brown belt in TaeKwonDo but will stop there because the most impactful aspects of Shelley won’t be listed on a piece of paper, under “qualifications”.

Though she didn’t know what it meant at the time, it was Shelley’s ability to create a connection within her own being that allowed her to overcome the trauma’s she suffered in her life. Learning the art of surrender, she not only lives in the flow of life but uses it as means to THRIVE.

Spending countless hours in study and practice, Shelley understands the interconnectedness between the mind, body and spirit and the importance of creating harmony between all three. Combining all of her teachings, Shelley is committed to helping others tap into their own inner wisdom, re-connect their mind, body and spirit and THRIVE through adversity.
